The offer
You should not have to wait too long after your final interview for an offer. When you receive your offer letter, this means you have been officially invited to join the firm. Before your start date, you may find it useful to come back for a visit. This will allow you to have a more personalised, informal chat about what to expect once you join, as well as give you the chance to take a look around the office.
