Our selection process

Let's check each other out.

We'll study your CV carefully.
After a short phone call, we will confirm our mutual expectations and explain how the selection process will work.

Take our online tests.

Applicants for internship and junior positions will try out a set of games that will test their logical thinking, numerical skills or ability to learn. But you can also play all these games on your mobile phone while travelling on the tram.

We'll invite you in.

In the form of an interview or Assessment Centre, we would like to get to know you better. You will get to know your future supervisor or other teammates.
For some positions, you can expect a case study that will give you an insight into the job.

We'll talk to you soon.

We will let you know the result of the selection process as soon as possible and at a time to be agreed.
We look forward to hearing from you.

2.   Find out more about who we are and what we do.

3. Find a position that matches your skills, experience and desired location and apply online.

Online application

We all know that first impressions count, which is why we advise you to take enough time to fill in the application form correctly. It contains both sections for personal details and sections for education, work experience and skills.

You may be asked not only to upload your CV, but also to answer a few questions about your motivation and career goals. Filling in complete and accurate information in the system will facilitate the recruitment process.

Based on your online application, we may ask you to come to our office or meet online for an interview with our colleagues to get to know you better. The interview is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us. It's a good opportunity to ask questions about the job requirements and the work you should be doing. Depending on the level of the position you are applying for and the location, the number of interviews may be different.

From the final interview to the offer being received will be a short time. When you receive the offer letter, it means you have been officially invited to join the company. Before the start date, it would be helpful if you came to visit us. This will give you the opportunity to have an informal conversation about the details of when you will start work and also to familiarise yourself with the location.
