Having joined the company almost three years ago, Eva found her passion within the Assurance department, saying, "I was pulled in by the excitement of change and the experience of working with a Big4 firm."
For Eva, the transition to the role of Developing Senior Associate was a deliberate move, driven by her desire "to try something different" and the opportunity to gain valuable experiences in a dynamic environment.
She thrives in her role, finding joy in three key aspects - the diversity of tasks, the flexibility it offers, and the overall variety of her day-to-day responsibilities. According to her, "To succeed in this role, a person needs to be well-organized, have broad thinking, and be curious."
Outside of work, Eva loves reading books in her free time, expressing, "It's a wonderful way to unwind." She also really enjoys being outdoors, finding comfort and energy in activities like walking with her dog. Eva's openness to change and trying new things isn't just for her job; as she puts it, "It's a big part of how I approach both work and life."
