Meet Serghei - an employee of PwC Netherlands’ Transactions and Capital Raising team who swapped Amsterdam for Vilnius for a 3-month adventure. Serghei was brought to Lithuania by PwC's STEP (Sustainable Talent Exchange Program) secondment. After spending the first month in Vilnius, Serghei shares his thoughts.
Hi from Aurimas!
Aurimas, a consultant in PwC Legal, started his journey with PwC when he was a student. After a successful completion of his internship, he remained with the company as a legal assistant. After a while, he tried his hand at another workplace, but soon returned to PwC and is currently working in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). We talked with Aurimas about his work experience, remote work and future plans.
Hi from Aušra Almantė!
After completing her studies in Sweden and the Netherlands, Aušra Almantė returned to Lithuania with the aim of getting a job in the PwC Deals team. Then, she patiently waited for an open position as a Consultant, and now, she has more than four years of experience at PwC and a brand new Manager title. We talked to Aušra Almantė about her secondment in Poland and daily work life at PwC Deals team.

Edgaras has been working at the PwC Audit Competency Centre in Klaipėda for almost 3 years. Although never thought that his professional life would be linked to numbers, he is now rapidly climbing the career ladder. After 9 months of military service, Edgaras returned to his colleagues and continues his successful career in audit.

Vainius works and wins in the Consulting team at PwC. Having started as an intern just a year and a half ago, Vainius' talent, skills and contribution to the success of the team have not gone unnoticed - he has rapidly risen the career ladder and we are now pleased to call him a Senior Consultant!
This is Greta!
Greta first joined the PwC team in September 2017. She was one of the 20 new additions to the audit department. Here she made new friends, completed the necessary training and quickly settled in. Greta enjoyed working at PwC not only because of the tasks and responsibilities but also because of the clearly laid career path - it was important for her to know what skills and new tasks awaited her with each step of her career.

Greta joined the PwC team in Klaipėda as an intern half a year ago, when she was still a student. Greta, who studied Accounting at Klaipeda College, was able to combine work and studies and rocked at handling it! She says that her flexible schedule allowed her to attend all the lectures - she did even better than usual during the exams that took place whilst having a job.
