“Real learning shows up in how fast we understand new situations”
After 26 years with PwC, I no longer see learning as development. I see it as how we create value.  Not courses. Not frameworks. Not something that sits outside the business.

Real learning shows up in how fast we understand new situations, how well we make decisions with incomplete information, and how quickly we turn that into better outcomes for our clients.

That’s the shift. Because today, knowledge has a shorter shelf life than ever. What matters is not what we know - but how fast we can evolve what we know and apply it where it counts. And that requires something different: learning agility, discipline, and ownership. Not just from some people - from everyone.

At PwC, we are rethinking learning in that direction. Less about consumption, more about application. Less about programs, more about real work, real feedback, real responsibility. Because how we learn is directly reflected in how we perform, and ultimately, in the experience we create for our clients.

Growth at PwC is not something we provide.  It’s something we build - together, every day.
